Thank you. Have tried both in S mode and in M mode, ISO can be set, but NOT SHUTTER SPEED, the dial seems not working no matter how I turn it, in S mode and M mode. -
Thank you. "You'll have to do it in manual." Yes. I am trying to do it manually by turning the DIAL on the back of the camera, but but it seems that the DIAL is dead.

Place camera in Manuel mode. Set your iso/asa. Set shutter speed with dial on handgrip.
