"You'll have to do it in manual."  Yes.  I am trying to do it manually by turning the DIAL on the back of the camera, but but it seems that the DIAL is dead.

Have tried both in S mode and in M mode, ISO can be set, but NOT SHUTTER SPEED, the dial seems not working no matter how I turn it, in S mode and M mode.

Yes, the camera is on release without lens.  And it has been using various vintage lenses since the day it was bought.

Both dials front and rear do not work and the camera is now in the repair shop.
