How to set Shutter Speed without a lens mounted on the camer

My camera:  Sony A7II

With a home made pinhole lens mounted on the camera, I want to shoot with shutter speed priority, say 1/120s. How to set up this speed, please?

You'll have to do it in manual. If the lens isn't transmitting aperture info back to the camera then the camera can't make adjustments.

Place camera in Manuel mode. Set your iso/asa. Set shutter speed with dial on handgrip.

"You'll have to do it in manual."  Yes.  I am trying to do it manually by turning the DIAL on the back of the camera, but but it seems that the DIAL is dead.

Have tried both in S mode and in M mode, ISO can be set, but NOT SHUTTER SPEED, the dial seems not working no matter how I turn it, in S mode and M mode.

Yes, the camera is on release without lens.  And it has been using various vintage lenses since the day it was bought.

Both dials front and rear do not work and the camera is now in the repair shop.
