How to set shutter speed in S mode on Sony a7ii?

With a home made pinhole lens mounted on Sony a7II camera and trying to set up S mode, S mode can be set, but do not know how to set up the shutter speed.  Help, please?

Shutter speed is set with th dial on your handgrip.
