trigger shutter release of a Sony A7R V with a Godox X1R-S

Hello everyone,

I would like to trigger shutter release of a Sony Alpha 7iv or Sony alpha 7Rv with a Godox  X1R-S connected to the micro-USB multi input of the Sony..

The Godox  X1R-S is radio commanded by a Godox X2Ts and the Godox  X1R-S is on the same channel and group as the Godox X2Ts.

The Godox  X1R-S correctly receives the signal from the Godox X2Ts since its red light turns on but it does not trigger the shutter release of the Sony Alpha 7 iV. According to the documentation of Godx it should.

Does anybody have a solution to fix this problem?

I would greatly appreciate help or insights.
