Imaging edge desktop focus stopped working

Hi everyone, I have a strange issue with the Imaging edge desktop version (Sony A7iv). After a few weeks that I used to shoot remotely, the focus ooptions are grayd out and neither in Manual or Autofocus cannot use the, Does anyone else have the same problem?

I have not used Imaging Edge Desktop yet (new Sony user) but I did see an old article written by Sony Support :-

"Imaging Edge Remote utilizes the default shutter button option. If you assign the Auto Focus with Shutter option to another custom button, it will not function in the application.  To resolve, assign the Auto Focus with Shutter back to the default setting on your camera if it has the Custom Key feature."  

Maybe, like me, you have turned off Auto Focus with Shutter and use the AF ON button.  Hope this helps.
