I tested several SD cards on my A7RII. I saw little difference in time to clear the buffer. Time is from start of burst of 23 raw frames. Time is always round 28.8 sec. Measured from end of burst to LED out it's about 22.5 sec.

32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro (95MB/sec) SDHC I, 28.8 sec; Record 4k @ 100 mbps? No

64GB Transcend 600x, (90MB/sec) SDXC I U1, 29.3 sec, Record 4k @ 100 mbps? Yes

64GB Sandisk Extreme Pro (95MB/sec) SDXC I, U1, 28.8 sec, Record 4k @ 100 mbps? No

128GB Lexar Pro 1000x, (150MB/sec) SDXC II U3, 28.7 sec, Record 4k @ 100 mbps? Yes
128GB Sandisk Extreme Pro (95MB/sec) SDXC I, U3, 28.8 sec, Record 4k @ 100 mbps? Yes

thanks for testing! Still a lot better than changing out a roll of film. I just took some of my boys' one-use cameras they shot at camp. 3 bodies with 24 shots each. Processing takes two weeks, you don't even get the film back now... just a CD... $39.
