White Balance can affect the Exposure. If you are shooting a scene with a very wide dynamic range,

changing one of the color channels may affect the exposure. One of the overexposed color channels may be clipping.

So i guess i have to expose first and then take a reading for custom white balance.

If i expose right for slog3 (41% zebras using a grey card) and then i take a reading for custom WB,, i have moved my middle grey from zone V to zone VII,,
