SONY A6400 CAMERA LANGUAGE

I bought a Sony a6400 online from an Ali Express supplier based in Hongkong .

Unfortunately it does not have English as a language option . The software is in Chinese and some other languages .

I am based in Nairobi , Kenya so there is no much Sony support . 

Please help , how do I unlock the language , is there a software I can install so that I can get English as an option ?

This is exactly why I've never bought a camera through a grey importing reseller. Even if you find official Sony support, likely they won't help you fix this as you didn't buy the camera from an authorized reseller and the camera was never intended to be sold in your region. As far as I know it's not possible to add languages to a camera, not officially anyway.

I'd suggest you either learn Chinese or hope you can still get a refund.
