Removing/Replacing Grip Belt on NEX-VG30/Question

Hi gents.

I need a new belt grip for my Sony NEX-VG30 (bought one camcorder used without the strap). But I have no clue how to mount it. The grip belt is fixed on two lugs. One lug is outside and exposable, the other lug is inside the housing. How can I reach this inside lug? Could you give me an instruction or a how-to-do link?

I don’t have this camera but i wonder if you push one end of the strap into the recessed hole maybe it loops into a slot and comes back out through the same hole... i may not be explaining this right

Thank's for reply. I know what you mean, but this method will not work. I think I need to unscrew the housing to get access to the lug and then to thread in the strap.
