What ball head to buy?

I just purchased Sony A7iii to take pictures of my new baby and start a new hobby that is start a food channel on youtube. I also bought a Manfrotto 055 Aluminum 3-Section Tripod with Horizontal Column (MT055XPRO3) via Amazon. However, I didn't know it does not come with a ball head.

I am asking to help me get the best ball head to do both - take pictures and videos of me cooking.

Since you already bought a Manfrotto 055, I'm not sure what your budget is like, but I'd pick up a Manfrotto 400 series or Xpro ball head that fits your budget. If you're going to be spending over $100 on one, and it doesn't need to be very portable, check your local Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace for Manfrotto Fluid Heads such as the 502 or 503HDV, etc. You might be lucky and find them for under $100 as well and they're quality heads.
