Wirelessly tethering Sony A7III

Is it possible to wirelessly tether my Sony A7III to a computer (in my case, mac)? Or can only the A7rIV and A9II do this?

I urgently need this for a job..worst case, Ill have to rent an A9II/A7rIV

Out of interest can I ask why you NEED wireless tethering?
I can't really think of a scenario where that's a necessity
