Problems with adapted A7III on Canon 600 L II

Hello!

I need some advice please:

I have severe focusing problems  (A7III finds no sharpness, just huntig for it, or stays unsharp). Attached body A7III, metabones V, Canon L 600mm L IS II 4.0.

I´ve tried to use each focusing method of my A7III, also actualized the FW of the adapter.

What can I do?
