Record settings missing on A7Rii

For some reason there a various record settings missing in the menu...

 

When I switch to XAVC S 4K I only have 2 record settings - 25P 100M and 25P 60M.

 

There is not option for 30P.

 

The same is true for all the other video formats - the higher FPS settings are all missing.

 

Other than the memory card I can't think what could be the problem, but I am using a SanDisk Extreme PRO 128GB SDXC UHS-I/U3 which I thought was the correct one to use to access all video modes?

Which regional settings are you using?  On my NTSC provisioned a7rii I don't have the option of 25p, so maybe it has something to do with the PAL standard?

 

I've only been using the Sony SDXC cards, and they have never failed.

 

Try formatting the card in the camera, to make sure there aren't any provisional errors being caused by the card.

 

Perhaps updating to the new firmware will help?  (I haven't had any problems with the previous version, so I'm keeping it as is until there is something I want improved available in the firmware update)

Not a problem as such, dandman3039 is correct.  
Menu>Setup>page2>NTSC/PAL selector.  Put into NTSC "mode" and it should open up the options you are looking for, ie, 60p/30p/24p (23.98), and up to 120p in HD mode.
