I am getting pretty severe vignetting using an A7s with a Canon 24-105mm and a Metabones IV adapter. It seems to disappear around 35mm, and I had the same results with a fotodiox adapter. Unfortunately I do not have any other wide angle full frame glass to test with.

Has anyone else had issues with wide angle canon lens? Or could I have a defective body?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just tried your white wall test with my Canon 24-105/4L IS USM, but not with the A7S. I used a Canon 5D Mark II instead. There is a "peripheral illumination correction" option in the camera. If I turn it on, there is some slightly noticeable vignetting. But if I turn that option off, the vignetting is very noticeable - not unlike the photo you posted. Metabones does not support peripheral illumination correction.
