theirishsauce
Hi, just bought a new Sony A7 IV - pics and vids are coming out grey like this. Am using the kit lens that came with it. Have done everything I can think of - auto to manual mode, factory reset, tried in different picture profiles, cleaned sensor and lens, etc. Feels like a core issue that I'm missing or camera is broken. Any ideas from anyone experienced? (I'm a novice so could be something basic) Welcome, dear visitor! Cameratose
'New', or new to you? Newest firmware? Very odd. Sony updated their color science when they released the A7 IV, and it's actually very good. Mine is fantastic. White balance? Your shots are both indoors. What about out in the sun? Flash? Looks weird. I would be tempted to return it if you can. theirishsauce
Thanks. Yes latest firmware and brand new camera/lens. Just returned it to Sony, will see what they see. Seems to have stumped everyone. Thx again!
