Audio signal stopped working on Sony A7RV

I'm experiencing a problem with my Sony a7RV camera. The audio signal stopped working in the middle of a shooting a month ago and it is still not working. My audio configuration is as follows:

Silent mode is set to Off

Sound option > Audio signals is set to On (volume = 7)

Focus Mode is set to Single Shot AF (AF-S)

I've attempted to switch these settings back and forth in hopes of triggering a software refresh, but unfortunately, this hasn't yielded any positive results. It's crucial for the focus and self-timer sounds to function properly to ensure a smooth shooting experience. If anyone is aware of any overlooked settings that might be contributing to this issue, I'd greatly appreciate your assistance. If not, it appears that sending the camera in for repair is the next step.
