tripod collar for 70-300?

I am finding the sony fe 70-300 to be worthless without a tripod collar for any slow shutter speed shots requiring the use of a tripod. It seems like the lever effect of such a big lens on the e-mount just keeps it continually bouncing around and as soon as I see the image stabilize a breeze blows by and bouncy bouncy.  (Everything is locked down tight)

I realize on the 70-300 there is not a lot of space to put a tripod collar so I am hoping someone can recommend one they've found that fits the limited space of the 70-300?

thanks,  jeff

Nope. same thing with the SAL70300. The alternative is using a bean bag or cradling it in the bend of the arm.

Hey Jeff,

I don't have any experience with this item but BH reviews indicate the Novoflex ASTAT-NEX Tripod Collar works well for the FE 90mm and 70-300mm lenses... https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/758213-REG/Novoflex_ASTAT_NEX_ASTAT_NEX_Tripod_Collar_for.html#rv

Hi Keith,  I asked that question on BH and the answer supplied was the collar is too small for the 70-300mm.

Any other suggestions for a tripod collar for this lens?

Thanks again for the responses.

jeff

Thanks everyone for the responses.  Not really sure I'm confident in this collar, on the one hand it may or may not fit as long as a second nylon spacer ships with it - don't know it I can find it's replacement should I lose it down the road. Then the foot doesn't actually fit arca-swiss clamps, for $150???  What's the point of a collar that doesn't clamp onto a tripod head?
