'New', or new to you? Newest firmware? Very odd. Sony updated their color science when they released the A7 IV, and it's actually very good. Mine is fantastic.  White balance? Your shots are both indoors. What about out in the sun? Flash? Looks weird. I would be tempted to return it if you can.   

Shotcut is a pretty powerful tool for an open-source product. It can do just about anything the $ software does. Learning curve, but worth it.
