Using ON1 Rraw ... PP is Sunshine, Glow (Rich-Glow) masked out from flower so that only the background is affected, Colour Enhancer (Fall preset) with extra vibrance, and a Vignette (Big softy) - all at various opacity - which is how things work with On1 Raw.
