A7s II and external monitor image goes black shooting 4k

Hello,

 

I was just wondering if anyone else had an issue shooting 4k and out putting to monitor then having the image on camera going black. I unplugged the monitor and it worked fine. The really odd thing is that I was shooting for while before this problem started happening. I spoke to another camera operator using the A7s II and they said they had the same problem. Any info on this issue would be wonderful.

Configure browser push notifications
