Autumn in the Engadine / Switzerland

Back from an autumn trip to the Engadine, I want to show you some pictures taken there.

Pics are nice! But the resolution is horrible Is it because of internet compression or did you downsize them a lot?

The resolution is okay, but there is too much "HDR" functions used: You can easily see that on borders of dark areas towards the blue sky. there is a gradient from light blue to the blue of the sky. you have to reduce these effects until this gradient isn't visible anymore. then the picture will look natural.

If you want to reduce bright areas in a landscape without darken the others, you have to use luminosity masks in photoshop.

 

But maybe Reinhold wanted to use this effect on the pics?
