Hi. I'm looking for the community's advice on what would be the best setting for a real estate-type shoot when I need to pan my A6400.

I'm getting this weird motion blur artifact while panning the camera, and I'm unsure how to solve it.

 

Please refer to the video attached below and look specifically at the apartment corners.

Example looks very dark, probably a settings issue. You may need some more light.
