October 22, 20241 yr Yup, I've done it. Although I have several adapters to put NON a-mount lenses on my Maxxum & Sony a-mount cameras, I recently discovered CHIPPED adapters. This allows me to put NON a-mount lenses on my Maxxum & Sony a-mount cameras as before, but NOW I get the FOCUS confirmation signal in the viewfinder while manually focusing. Even though it's not essential, it sure is a nice feature to have -- and it really doesn't cost that much more. I've now got CHIPPED adapters for all my T-mount lenses, M42 lenses, and Minolta Rokkor lenses (with & without corrective glass). I got my adapters from PIXCO -- although others might make these chipped adapters as well. They've got a lot to choose from -- and FAST service! Edited October 22, 20241 yr by XKAES
