Since switching from Canon to Sony in April, I have taken nearly 15,000 picture with my two A7 IVs and I have to say that they have proved to be even better than I expected. The autofocus system is so reliable and far better than on the Canon mirrorless cameras. The image quality is first class, and despite the comments i have often read, I find the menus absolutely fine once you are used to them. My only criticism is the lack of a printed manual.

Well done, Sony for producing such great cameras 10 out of 10.

You are not the first who has complained about the manuals -- or lack there-of.  But, the problem with the manuals is that they give you the basics, but nothing more.  You can get them on-line, and print them out yourself, but to really appreciate your camera, you need a BOOK, that explains how all of the features work together to do things unimaginable.
