The shutter speed display number doesn't show as 1/50, or 1/125, etc. in M or Manuel mode in A7iv

In my new A7iv, If M or in manual mode is selected shutter speed number is displayed in a whole number or with decimals i.e 50 or 50.4, 125 or 125.6 etc. but not as 1/50, or 1/125 etc. Also shutter can't be brought down below 50. I'm a beginner , please correct me if I'm doing it the wrong way somewhere or it's the camera settings off somewhere. I am attaching a snapshot of it.

This means that the variable shutter is activated (to prevent flickering effects).

Configure browser push notifications
