Odd exposure problem when Electronic Front Curtain Shutter is off

Hi Everyone! Hope ya'll are doing well.

I've had this Sony A7III since launch.

I'm having a weird issue. When EFCS is turned off, I'm getting a semicircle shaped underexposure in the left of my image. When it's turned off, the exposure looks perfectly normal. Does anybody know why this might be happening? I've tried with all my lenses, doesn't matter which one I use. I've attached two images, one with EFCS turned off and has the weird exposure, and another with EFCS turned on that looks normal. Any suggestions?
