problems with sony a7iii at 120fps

Hi there, 

'Til yesterday I was recording at 120fps 100M without any problems. Today, changing nothing, I record at 120fps 100M but when I watch de video it is in a normal speed, like it was recorded at 30fps or so. Anyone knows how to fix this? I'm in the middle of a project and I'm super desperate 'cause can't find any help around!

Was the shutter speed shorter than 1/100 ?
A shutter speed of 1/200 or faster was required to shoot at 100/120 fps
