Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and maybe my question has been asked already but I couldn't find it.

Is it possible to set copyrightinfo or ownership in the exif when setting the camera (Alpha 7mk2)? Coming from Canon I'm new to all the possibilities and options of the A7mk2 settingsmenu. I also own a Olympus OM-D E10 and this camera had an option to set my name in the Exif.

Thanks for any info.

If you pop open the "properties" window

on an A7M2 image, in a section called

"origins" [under the "details" tab] there's

an entry called "copyright".

I don't use it, so I've never edited it, but

clearly it is intended for that. My Canon

5D2 was purchased as used, so I hadda

remove someone else's name under the

"author" heading, but it was clear enuf

from the menus how to do that.

With firmware v 2.0, in the Sony a7rII, there is a feature to add copyright info to the EXIF file. It is on p.5 of the "suitcase" tab in the menu. However, there are no instructions as to how to insert the name of the copyright holder. No keyboard opens, and the owner's manual does not address this feature. Does anyone know how to enter the name of the Photographer or Copyright Holder?
