Hi will a Panasonic lumix G-Vario 100 to 300 mms f4-f5.6  4/3   fit a Sony A6000  With a 4/3 adaptor ?@

That lens is a micro-4/3 lens, not regular 4/3. It won't fit your 4/3 to e-mount adapter.
