Sony a7r IV heavy colour noise (dead and stuck pixels) at high iso

Im interested in buying the new sony a7r iv. I got my hands on sample raws (120mb) from reviwers. When viewed in lightroom there is lots of colour noise at high isos, to the point where the picutre seems almost unusable to me (see attachment). This noise is still there even with applied colour noise reduction. Other sonys dont have this problem.

My guess is that this is because of the only preliminary support in lightroom for the a7r iv raw files. Can anyone comment from experience if this was the same in earlier sony cameras, and if that gets improved upon when there is full lightroom support?

I really want to make a purchase but this thing is holding me off so far.

Here some comparisons to illustrate what i mean. that is a similiar crop from a sony a7r iii. no colour noise in the shadows at all. same processing. the a7r iv just seems horrible in comparison
