I currently own a Canon T5i and will be soon purchasing a Sony A7 iii. The two lenses I own are:

 

Canon EFS 17–55mm f/2.8 IS USM
Tamron SP 70–200mm f/2.8 DI VC USD

 

I have the following questions:

 

1. Can these lenses be used on the Sony A7 iii?
2. If so, what adapter(s) do I need?
3. Since these are not native Sony lenses, what features or loss of quality might I expect?
