Newbie here...

 

I want to film 25fps in manual mode and hence want to set shutter speed to 1/50 (to start with).

 

But I simply cannot figure out how to manually change the shutter speed when IN Movie mode. Where in menu's or elsewhere is function option?

 

Sorry this is so basic but please help! Thanks.

Which camera?  
On A7RII I have shutter speed set to the top rear dial, it's easy to change speed in either movie or stills mode.
F-stop on front dial.... same deal.

For some reason I am having the same issue with the A7R iii. In movie mode, none of my dials are actually changing the shutter speed or aperature. Only in stills modes?? How ever in stills mode I cannot control my audio recording levels. Do we have to some how configure the ability to do manual settings (for video mode) in the menu somewhere?

i will be so grateful for a solution to this!
