That's a long time. Maybe you could ask the dealer for the reference number and contact details, so you could check on progress with Sony?

this its the average time with sony's cameras/company

It's not fun to wait. It probably takes about a week for the camera to arrive at the service center in Japan, then repairs, then another week back. So, two months is probably quite normal, unless you're lucky.

 

I've got some luck in this regard: (1) I've never needed to repair a Sony camera (2) If I should need repairs, I live close to the Sony camera repair shop and know the guy who runs it :)
