I have:
Sony a6400
Sony 70-350
Sigma 56
Samyang 12 mm
Ulanzi Zero F38 Quick Release Travel Tripod.
+ lense cloth, blower, Extra battery and charger.

I am looking for a bag that lets me have a easier time getting into the gear, for more casual trips.
Dragging an entire backpack, that is rather cumbersome for lense swaps or reaching for camera. (when not on a clip). Kinda takes the wind out of my sails to just casually "walk n shoot".

Bags i have looked at: (But feel free to suggest others).
Wotan pilot 7 or 10L
Think tank retrospective 30. \ mirrorless mover.
Teba dna
Domke f2.
Evoc hip 7L

I live In the "countryside" In norway, so it needs to handle weather.

Do you like shoulder bags? Slings? Messenger? Not sure and just looking?

For walks and almost every other application I love sling bags. They sit across your back like a small backpack, but you have instant access without removing the bag by simply sliding it around to the front. This is big advantage for walks, having something on your back is a lot more comfortable than a shoulder stap. I have had several including Peak Design and Thinktank but ended up with Tenba Solstice 10L, and later the new 16L. I actually prefer the older 10L. It has plenty of room for your listed gear.

One of the main reasons for choosing Tenba over the other two is that the access opens wide and will stay open once the bag is broken in, while the other two use a flap. All are accessible without removing the bag. Here's a short video showing one in use.

I love Lowepro bags. I have owned quite a few over the years. I have had a Lowepro Slingshot SL 250 AW III for about 2 years for carrying my 'compact' setup. I love this bag and have worn it for many hours without problems. I find it pretty easy to get stuff in and out while wearing it.

Just for your info, my bigger bag is a Lowepro Flipside 400 BP AW III.
