A mount to E mount adapters not compatible with A7S III?

Hi, just updated to the Sony A7S III and have found that the auto focus won't work when I use my 70-200 lens with A-mount to E-mount adapter.
My previous camera was an A7R II and it worked fine.
Is the adapter not compatible with the S III or is there a setting I haven't discovered yet?
Appreciate any info.

Which adapter do you have? The LA-EA4 won't work on the A7S3. You need the LA-EA5.

Thanks Pieter, yes, I have the  LA-EA4 . Glad to know I can still use my lens with the right adaptor.
