FX3: Can't change shutter by dial in photo mode.

I keep running into this alert message even though I'm not shooting in log: "This operation or setting not available as follows Log Shooting". I'm exploring the Photo mode of my new FX3, and when I try to use the back dial to get into shutter whilst in Manual I get that message. I can get into the menus and set the shutter that way, but I want to set it with a dial and the camera isn't letting me. Does anyone know what's up with this message?

Configure browser push notifications
