Help: How to fix stuck Sony 16-50mm Zoom Lens Kit

So I dropped my Sony 16-50mm kit lens yesterday and the zoom part got stuck.

I decided to dissemble the lens. I was following a tutorial and everything was perfect until it got to this part. It seems like the 3 pins that normally go in the grooves (not sure the correct term for the deep cut parts where the pins travel through), they are in a wrong groove.

Also it seems like there are other plastic pieces, that got stuck in other grooves, so therefore the entire zoom piece is stuck I can't move it. Any idea how to get it to move.

Note: I already tried pushing the different pieces (the metal pins + plastic pins/pieces) with different tools but nothing seemed to work, I just scratched the material.

I don't know where you are located but this 16-50 kit lens is available on eBay for around $100.00CAD.  I think you would be far better off to replace your dropped lens than trying to tinker with it.
