Just wondering which filter system you guys use with the Sony's. I have a LEE kit, but thinking it may be a bit too large with most of the Sony FE lenses.

Thoughts and advice welcome....

Hello pastyman,

Take a look here: Filters .

I haven't used the LEE system but use 77mm polarizer & ND10 B+W with step down rings to accommodate most of my lenses.

Lee seven5 for focal lengths 24mm and above.

I use the 100mm system for all of mine including the diminutive Loxia 35 f/2.  Lee equipment is expensive enough without duplicating unnecessarily...

Thanks guys, I've since got the 72mm ring to suit the 16-35, so will keep hold of my 100mm filters.....

Have you done any testing yet on your 16-35MM

I just got the 100MM Big Stopper along with a 72MM wide angle adapter, and got a lot of vignetting at 16MM using it. See image attached. I tried to attach an image but can't seem to see how to do it.

According to Lee tech support, the culprit is my UV filter causing the wide angle adapter being pushed into the shot. They claim that using the 100MM filter and their 72MM wide angle adapter will only work if there are no other filters on the lens, at least at 16MM.

I'm using this on my Sony A7M2

Here's an image I took this afternoon using the 100MM Big Stopper attached to a 72MM wide angle lens adapter on my 16-35MM lens having taken off my UV filter that I had on it. Using a Sony A7M2

The image is taken at 16MM and there is no vignetting.
