March 22, 20214 yr Hello Sony Alpha family, Recently I have bought a used Sony Alpha 6000 Camera. After a few days, I have noticed a white pixel on the right side of the camera screen. After reading on remapping to fix this issue, I tried quite a few times by changing the time back and forth, turning the device off (and hear the clicks) but none of these steps fixed the issue. Does anyone have a better idea? I would really appreciate the help.

March 22, 20214 yr Are the red pixels also in the viewfinder and/or on the final photo? If not, it's a defect in the screen and remapping indeed won't help fixing it.
March 25, 20214 yr Author The red pixel is not in the view finder. However, it is a constant one on the screen (at the right black borderline in 3:2 ratio and also in the 16:9 ratio where it is small but noticeable). I have noticed in the photo too when the background at that spot is black. It is not a huge issue, but now that I found it, it is hard to ignore. As I said, remapping is not fixing the issue. Guess, I have to live with it.
