Sony a6000 raw files

Does somebody know why my sony a6000 is creating 3 raw files instead of just one?

In the settings I have a selected for it just to create Raw files and all my life I've had it like that but a few weeks ago it started creating 3 files all raw I probably hit some setting and didn't realize it and can't find a way to stop this, it's pretty tiring having to delete the extra files for every single shoot I make, can somebody help me.

Check your drive mode.  It may be set to bracket your shots.
