Need urgent help here guys....
I may be asking a question that its answer is buried in the very nature of filming, not a technical issue.
Running an a7sii on NTSC at 60fps with a whole bunch of Samyang lenses and commlite adapter. When slowing 59.94fps down to 23.976fps in Premier Pro I get two results.....in bright natural light filming I get incredible crisp and smooth slow motion but in dark light settings with artificial lighting the slow motion footage is ghosting like crazy.
I AM CONFIDENT THERE IS NO EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE/SETTINGS ISSUES as both results are with the exact same everything. No knowledge issues either as I know all the optical frame rate options and slow motion calculations to achieve perfect slow motion.
So basically....is artificial lighting and slow motion always going to be shit? As in, lots of natural light is always best for crispness of film (i.e more light = more sensor information and less help from the cameras settings)
Thanks guys
