  1. Struggling this weekend. I headed out Saturday and took a 4 minute exposure on the beach - only to get home and find a wave had moved the tripod. Have been pretty restless since trying to get something decent. Went out last night to shoot the milky way - didn't check the lunar calendar and what do you know a full moon. Oh well. Here are this week's efforts + 3 more in 'Nature'. On the plus side the new firmware for the A7Rii is great - no more ugly white dots (hot spots) in the shadows on a long exposure - that is great - looking forward to the uncompressed RAW firmware too. All taken with the Sony A7Rii Full moon Taroona: Sony Zeiss1635Z Vario-Tessar FE F4 | 16mm | ISO 3200 | f4 (should have gone higher and longer) | 3 seconds | Saturday Night Street: Sony 70-400mm F4-5.6 G SSM II | 150mm | 1/13th | f5 | ISO 3200 Blue Mood May Flower: Sony 70-400mm F4-5.6 G SSM II | 150mm | 1 second | f7.1 | ISO 1250
