Grey band appearing on footage - one frame only

I have an issue when filming with A7sii and a thick grey band appearing for 1 to 2 frame in some shots. I have no idea why it appears. I wrote to Sony customer services and they simply replied with 'restore to factory settings'. I've already tried this multiple times and it keeps on occurring.

*** Please see the image so you know what's going on.

Has anybody else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Or does anyone have any suggestions on ways to solve it?

Configure browser push notifications
