I used http://shuttercounter.com/ and am wondering what the 3 fields mean: Image Count, Image Count 2, Image Count 3. Just got this camera off eBay and the guy said he is only owner and has only used it a handful of times.

 

Both my Image Count and Image Count 2 are 2349

But the Image Count 3 field shows: 59094

Not sure but maybe try again with a different lens.

Try the command line tool Exiftool:

This is one tool that is reliable and will work when others don't.
