Problems connecting to Creators app

I’m having issues trying to connect a Sony A1 mk1 to the creators app.

The blue tooth and wifi are switched on (both phone and camera).

The camera isn’t visible on the phone when search for Bluetooth devices.

Is there something I’ve missed? Has anyone else had similar problems?

Creator's App, or 'CrAp' for short, is known to be a pain in the hind end.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
