Aansluiting van afstandbediening werkt niet

Goedemorgen,

ik ben op zoek naar iemand die mij kan helpen met informatie over de aansluiting van een multi-USB afstandsbediening en/of een Bluetooth afstandsbediening voor mijn Sony Alpha A7 III. Ik heb beide aangeschaft (resp. YouPro YP-870 II en de JJC BTR-s1) maar ik kan op geen enkele manier deze beide werkend krijgen. Ik heb alle handleidingen, tutorials e.d. doorgenomen maar ik kom er niet uit.

Sony hulpcentrum gebeld, maar ook daar kan men geen antwoord geven anders dan "multi-USB werking kunnen we niet garanderen" Wie o wie kan mij verder helpen
