a7iv Crop Mode Image Issue

Whenever I use the crop function on my a7iv for photos, I get this strange glitchy effect only on the right side of my photos. This happens no matter what lens I use, but only in crop mode. It's a glitch band all the way from top to bottom of the right side of the frame. I used an a7iii for years and never had this happen. Should I reset my camera software? Has anyone else experienced this?
