The Sony a7iii's XAVC S HD video format with a .MP4 extension is unrecognisable on all the converters that I have, including mpeg streamclip and VLC. I need to work on them on FCP7 (can't work on Premiere Pro for this project). How do I possibly convert them to an apple prores format? Please Help!
