Binning in Sony Alpha 7R3 Camera for Astronomical Imaging?

Greetings from India

I am an astronomer.  We have a Sonly Alpha 7 RIII camera. We would like to use it for viewing the stars in the real time. We saw a video of night sky blogging by Sony Alphs 7SIII at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMbUGup9Y4w it shows impressive views of the night sky. The view in Sony Alpha 7RIII is not impressive as the 7SIII. Is is possible to perform 2X2 pixel binning in our Sony Alpha 7R III camera to increase its low light performance?

We are interested in helping students in India observe the night sky using this camera as they sit at home due to COVID. My organization is pioneering organization working in the field of Astronomy in India.
