Dial control for Auto ISO Minimum Shutter Speed

I often use A with ISO AUTO and some suitable ISO AUTO Min. SS.

Sometimes I need to change ISO AUTO Min. SS in a hurry so I have that on custom key C1.

But in A mode the front and rear dials do the same thing, which is a bit wasteful. Is it possible to set up the camera so one dial adjusts ISO AUTO Min. SS? Or to set up something equivalent?

No you can’t , used to do that on Pentax bodies however.
